Even after uninstall, any link I paste in post gets embedded, how to remove completely this plugin?

That’s weird jjnilton. Only logical explanation would be that the default WordPress oEmbed is kicking in; if you have a normal YouTube link, WordPress turns that into an embedded (non-Lyte) YouTube. You can find more info about that and how to disable it here.
