 * Trying to setup authentication against our AD. Have debugging enabled, so saw
   the following errors:
 *     ```
       Notice: Undefined variable: fEnable in /wpDirAuth.php on line 748
       Notice: Undefined variable: tWpSsl in /wpDirAuth.php on line 749
       Notice: Undefined variable: tSsl in /wpDirAuth.php on line 763
       Notice: Undefined variable: fSsl in /wpDirAuth.php on line 766
       Notice: Undefined variable: tTOS in /wpDirAuth.php on line 870
       Warning: ldap_connect(): Could not create session handle: Bad parameter to an ldap routine in /wpDirAuth.php on line 267
