[Plugin: WPML Multilingual CMS] Multilingual Split for 2 Domains

Is there a way to use one wordpress on one domain in one language and than use the same wordpress with multilingual feature which goes to another domain?

E.G. my domains are:

http://www.web.com, wordpress is installed here. I want to show only English.
On my other domain http://www.web.de i want to post the same content in german.

Is that possible?
