 * Totally unreliable rendering of my website – sometimes mobile format on desktop,
   sometimes desktop format on mobile. It’s maddening. I’m using Parament theme.
   What am I doing wrong? Or is it a problem with the plugin?

 * Some readers of my site [http://www.fotocomefare.com](http://www.fotocomefare.com)
   report that they get the mobile version on a desktop computer. One of them uses
   IE, don’t know what version.
    I also have w3tc installed and added the list of
   wptouch useragents to w3tc excluded user agents. Is there something else I can
   do?

 * Having the same problem and using WP Touch w/ WP Super Cache. PRoblem just started
   occurring after updating all sites to the latest version of WP Touch. Any ideas?

 * Hi WideSmiler,
 * You’ll need to configure WP Super Cache to ignore WPtouch’s mobile user agents.
   You can find the list of user agents in the WPtouch admin panel. Then enter them
   in the ‘rejected user agents’ area in WP Super Cache.
 * Or if available in the version of WP Super Cache you are using, turn on WPtouch
   support in its admin panel
