 * In Firefox 3.6.10, I get additional vertical and horizontal scrollbars when using“
   Opened”. See this [screenshot](http://www.dobschin.com/widescreen_scrollbars.png).
 * Given that the idea behind the plugin is to maximize the usable percentage of
   the screen, it would be appreciated if you could fix that.
