Plugins broken on self made theme

Hi, I’ve created a WordPress theme from scratch and for some reason plugins don’t work when they are placed on my ‘page’ template. Plugins work fine from the sidebar but as soon as I place them into a page they don’t display.

cForms for example will just show the code from the editor instead of replacing it with the form itself.

Any ideas? Everything works fine with the Twenty Ten theme so one assumes it’s an issue with my custom one.

Any help is appreciated.
