Plugins disappeared (strange phenomenon)

    I am passing through a strange problem. I set up a website 6 months ago. I installed more than 30 useful and indispensable plugins. This morning when I logged in to my admin page, my plugin portion was empty. All of the plugins have disappeared for no reason. I dont know where did they disappear? Does anyone knows what happened at all? Now when I am trying to install the plugins again, they are not going to be installed. When happened at all?
    Does any expert know how to recover old plugins?????
    Plz help me out, I am really in a mess.

    thanks God my problem is resolved. I contacted to my hosting and they enabled it. I think my hosting company had disabled it. Does every hosting company do it or cheap companies resort to that means? Is there any method which could hinder hosting company’s interference to our plugins??
