 * I’m trying to improve the speed of my site and already installed and setup this
   plugin. Although it’s already have a cache, it seems need some time to load the
   cache. I think this might be because it’s still loading my other plugins. If
   I have 20 plugins installed with w3 Total Cache plugin, does it load some other
   plugins first and then load w3 Total Cache plugin? So before it’s loading the
   cached page, it need some time as well, because it need to load other plugins?

 * Hello [@odihost](https://wordpress.org/support/users/odihost/),
 * Thank you for your inquiry.
    This all depends on your settings. If you have a
   lot of plugins, it takes time for everything to load on your page due to the
   lot of CSS and JS. Can you please share your website URL so we can check this?

 * It’s not about the loading of CSS and JS, but loading of the plugin, if we can
   set w3 Total plugin, so it’s loaded first then I think it would be faster. If
   there is a HTML cached file, it would then skip loading all the plugins.

 * I’m able to change the plugin loading order in table wp_options meta_key active_plugins,
   but it doesn’t seem to change the speed. after loading the HTML cache file, does
   it keep loading the other plugins?
