PLUGINS NOT SHOWING?

    Hi. I am using Ignite and things were fine, but since I installed iThemes (Better WP Security) I download a Plugin and it is not showing up in widgets under appearance, so I am unable to add anything. I have tried downloading two different Plugins and neither show up. But they show as installed and active under Plugins?? Confused! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
