# Plugins: Notices

 * I’m using the Notices plugin for a horizontal ticker. It works nicely. I do have
   an issue with it that I need help with.
 * I am able to update notices just fine. No problem.
 * I am even able to add a notice with html (an anchor in this case… and “a href”
   tag syntactically correct. No problem and it works… until I try to UPDATE it 
   then I get a 403 Forbidden error and it says I don’t have the permissions to 
   update “tools.php” but on any notice without html it works fine. IT bombs on 
   this and then the firewall does not let me in again until something is reset.
 * What could be causing this error?
