# plugins settings missing.

 * Hi, I would like to know if there is plugins requirement on this. I tried to 
   install on domains and add on domains. after activate. the settings is not showing.
   but plugin is activated. thanks

 * To clarify: do you mean that after installing Awesome Support and activating 
   the plug-in, you do not see both the “Tickets” option in your dashboard and you
   aren’t able to edit the settings either?
