# Plugins will not update

 * My plugins for my blog will not update. I’m trying to update akismet to 2.0.2
   and install a Feedburner plugin. The first continues to show the old version,
   and the second doesn’t show up. I’ve deactivated, deleted folders, everything
   I could think of. It still shows up even when the files aren’t even physically
   there.

 * This goes beyond plugins. Just upgraded to 2.3 and I do not see any of the new
   features. My footer also still says 2.0

 * If it IS the footer in your admin panel, then there might be something wrong 
   in your upgrade.
