 * This is not a “support” question, please bear with me! 🙂 At present we are using
   [https://wordpress.org/plugins/json-api/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/json-api/)
   for our Ionic app. Do you recommend this, or should we be using [https://wordpress.org/plugins/rest-api/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/rest-api/)?
   Your valuable suggestion will help us a lot!

 * The json-api plugin that you mentioned is fairly old, while the rest-api plugin
   is the official WordPress REST API, and already part of it is in Core and the
   first endpoints are scheduled to go into Core in 4.7, so I would definitely use
   [https://wordpress.org/plugins/rest-api/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/rest-api/).

 * Thanks a ton for this prompt reply! I came to question our choice of plugin when
   the json-api plugin was not able to show the “audio” media associated with a 
   post! Thank you once again for putting us in the right direction.
