 * Hi there!
 * I’m building a website with a social network on the mainsite (Buddypress) and
   a forum in a subdomain (bbPress).
    Because I want to sell subscription to grant
   access to some parts of the website, I’m using Paid Membership Pro plugin to
   register with their Multisite Membership Add-on + Buddypress and bbPress integration
   Add-on. Problem is, due to WordPress system, when people subscribe through the
   main site, they’re not added to the subsites automatically. I have to add them
   as “existing users” but then, it creates kind of a “new profile” and their Buddypress
   profile is no longer linked.
 * Can your plugin help with that?
    And do I have to enable registration on the
   subsites? And then what to put as a basic level, knowing that I use User Role
   Editor to set up what people can or can’t do on each subsite and that Subscriber
   don’t have access to some.
 * I know it’s a bit tricky, I hope you can help.
    Thank you!

 * The new profile that you talk about for and BuddyPress not being linked I believe
   is due to BuddyPress doing its own thing for user roles and not using the standard
   WP roles. That could be a show stopper for you as NSUR uses the standard WordPress
   Roles.
 * For the auto registration for subsisted then NSUR can help with this but I think
   your issue will be with BuddyPress.
 * You can trial NSUR to see just disable it when finished.

 * Hi,
 * Thank you for your reply.
    Well PMPro has a Buddypress integration Add-on that
   actually overrides the Buddypress roles. I don’t use the registration system
   of Buddypress and I set what people have access to with PMPro. But yes, I don’t
   use WordPress roles, PMPro creates a new role for each level of subscription.
   So I guess it won’t work, Buddypress or not.
 * Thank you again!
    Have a nice day, Virginie

 * Ok, I don’t have experience with those plugins.. so yes if they use WordPress
   roles (the standard ones or new ones created) then it may work. The important
   thing is that you don’t have plugins that add a new user Group/role technique
   and I know BuddyPress did this (at least in the earlier days) using their own
   custom roles/use groups. Also you can’t use plugins that override the registration
   process themselves as NSUR will want to follow the WordPress method.
 * I’ll close this topic out now but come back with more questions if you want 🙂
