If this post type is already added by another plugin then you can’t since Pods doesn’t allow overriding settings for existing post types or post types coming from other plugins.
We had previous versions where there we’re some cases where this was less strict but these cases are considered bugs, not features.
Please confirm if this post type is made by another plugin or theme.

In the future, I’d like us to add more details about where the post type itself was registered (debug mode) so that people could be more aware of that.
But for now, it’s exactly what Jory said here. It seems that the post type appears to have been registered before Pods got there to register it.
