 * Hi, first of all, I just wanted to say thank you so much for taking my last suggestion
   and implementing it! (regarding the free shipping threshold).
 * Now, we have another issue, where our customer has reported that their points
   calculation is incorrect. Kindly refer to the screen shot:
 * So far only one customer has reported this. May I know what might be the cause,
   or is there a fix to this? Thank you!

 * Could you please elaborate more on which cases you’re getting the point calculation
   wrong, also please share a short video of the concern as the attached screenshot
   is also not there.
 * So that we can get an actual idea of the concern and assist you accordingly in
   the same.

 * We request you to please first please check on your end by deactivating the third-
   party plugins (if any) and again reactivating them and kindly run a test again.
