 * I am on developing a plugin collects “pollen data” weekly by biologists and view
   with open flash chart. But I wonder that users ,who registers to the website 
   as biologists and patients, want the plugin pages seperated from admin menu or
   in settings menu? Because I use plugin after login in admin page, not on any 
   published page of the website. Also I couldn’t decide users access level in plugin
   pages… Biologists want simple data screen, patients want to view critical weeks.
   I use two pages for these requirements. But any plugin like “user access” only
   restricts published pages.
