Polylang does not show category content

Hello, I have an issue with a translated site (Polylang), the products are showing the related category tags (as you can see the tags in the link), but when clicking the category, it seems empty. this problem has stopped after switching Polylang off.
Have you ever heard of such problem? Could you please give me a hand with this?
