Polylang email custom template send in wrong languages

I have Woocommerce site in 3 languages, using Polylang with Woocommerce integration plugin. Everything works well, except notification emails seem to be send out in random languages. I can’t figure out any dependency. It’s not connected to the language that is set in admin panel. Template files are in my theme folder, Woocommerce mo files are in the wp-content/languages/pugin folder, I also tried to refer to those translations from functions.php, updated mo files (tried github and also admin interface), cleared store cache, disabled geolocation and running out of ideas. Products are configured to work with Booking System Pro, all booking information is always in correct language. Any hints on fixing this would be appreciated.
