# Poor browser support

   Right-click menu offers options not desirable for protected video.

 * 1. We use Google Widevine DRM security and Apple Fairplay DRM security compatible
   with Chrome, Edge, Firefox,Safari browsers. If you are a browser and want to 
   have the support, you need to contact Google and get Widevine DRM license yourself,
   It is not in our control.
    2. Right click menu does not decrease any security.
   3. We use open source protocols like Dash. 4. Forcefully a negative review without
   any reason is given by you because you are a competing company to us, very unprofessional.

 * We are not a competing at all. You provide a video hosting service and we provide
   copy protection software… two different fish swimming in different oceans.
 * I had to review this service because a client found that it did not work in our
   web browser. I found the reason and also found that it does not work in Firefox.
   The conclusion was that he did not need your service.
 * Widevine is of no interest whatsoever.
 * Enabling use of the right-click menu is a major hole in any media security solution.

 * It works in on updated firefox browser , and for it to work on your browser, 
   you have to contact Google Widevine team and get the license, vdocipher is not
   at fault. Please do not spread wrong information about us without trialling the
   product.

 * Firefox developer version 85 only sees a message about “Device/browser does not
   support premium content”.
 * We have no need to support Widevine as our browser is designed to support our
   site protection software. However if you want to use our browser to improve the
   protection that you currently provide, you are most welcome to purchase a licence
   to fork the Windows, Mac, Android and iOS versions.

 * Your firefox is very old and not updated, the latest versions are 93, 94. DRM
   is supported on latest 3-4 browser versions. We have a tutorial explaining this–

 * We are a DRM provider and DRM is not supported by Artiscope, so no point in using.
   The issue is in your browser and you are wrongly giving us 1 rating when our 
   system works fine on all popular browser. I will make sure to tell of this to
   some of your customer when they come again to us unless you remove this wrong
   reveiw.

 * This is not the place to discuss our web browser, but seeing as you persist in
   insulting us, our web browser does support DRM but not Widevine. Instead we have
   been using our own DRM since 2008 which is superior in too many ways to list 
   here. In short it provides total control over all aspects with immediate effect
   on any changes made by the author, even on media already saved to the user’s 
   computer… and it cannot be exploited.

   alternative because all other browsers failed.

 * You have complained and given us 1 start because our videos do not work on your
   browser but you yourself know that you need to get Widevine DRM from Google to
   make it work. Does netflix, Amazon prime etc. work on your browser ? Ofcourse
   not, then why blaming us.

 * Widevine is not a solution that we can recommend. I gave one star because that
   was the minimum permitted. Your solution has limitations. By using popular web
   browsers that are designed at cross purpose for copy protection there is no copy
   protection. Disabling the context menu and removing right-click menu options 
   is easy to do. Do that and your solution may look a little more professional.
