 * I have bought the PRO version and after chekin in details the full functionalities
   my opinion is:
    1) very poor customization possiblity 2) no possibility to change
color, size, pour layout/template/skin provided, etc 3) not integrated with the
page builders like elementor, etc… 4) AND last but not least very BAD SUPPORT:
only answers by “YES” or “NO”…
 * DON’T BUY THE PRO VERSION!!!

 * Our prime aim is always to make our product the best to our customers on the
basis of its functionalities and user-friendliness and it’s quite unfortunate
to see a negative review (in fact it’s the first one). Below is our response
   to your concerns:
 * 1) In fact, the plugin does have customization facility. It can be styled with
basic CSS styling, and there are a lot of people using our plugin as customized
for their own uses – we can show you a bunch of these examples if that’d be a
   heads up.
 * 2) As mentioned, it is possible to style each and every part of the plugin using
CSS codes, even though we haven’t provided the styling options at the back-end.**
One reason for not giving this is that we wanted to focus on the core functionalities
that most people use this plugin for**. And our support team is always ready
to suggest small CSS workarounds, which works well for most of our clients.
 * 3) Not sure how the confusion came in, but our plugin is compatible with all
major page builders, including Elementor. In fact, there are many customers who
use both WCPA and Elementor together.
 * 4) We always strive to give our customers the best possible support and it’s
really dispiriting to hear this – we’re not sure how the miscommunication happened
as you say, but it wasn’t purposeful. We take support queries on live chat, which
many companies don’t even entertain, just to give that ‘out of the box’ support
to our customers. And if you look at our reviews, you’d see most of them appreciating
   our personalized support.
 * The plugin is already a well-appreciated one by the community, and above this,
we’re improving it all the time with a lot of incremental features lined up in
our development roadmap – so please be rest assured it’s worth your money, in
   case you continue using it.
 * That being said, we’re are extremely sorry for any inconvenience caused and also
wanted to remind you about our money-back guarantee – which you can avail in
case you’re still not satisfied with the plugin.
