   in working out a solution to the issues I’ve been having.

 * What’s wrong with you.
 * We have tried to solve your issues all the time you mailed us. Beyond documentation
   we have send you video and screenshot for each and every steps which are required
   to setup Stripe connect.
 * We are really helpless, if there is a language gap. But we have tried our best.
 * Still we are there with you and will resolve if you have any issues.
 * Well, Stripe connect is not part of any of WCFM paid addons. Still if you want
   to have refund we are happy to provide you that as well

 * I agree to disagree. You never sent any videos etc. But that’s ok. It’s unfortunate
   that this is the quickest response I have ever received from you when it’s on
   a review. You still haven’t responded to my last email from several days ago.
 * So yes, let’s talk about a refund. Send me the details on how to request it.

   you like, even badly if you choose, but here’s where your kinda right and wrong.

 * Sure it is, in a review. If it were a support topic then yes, that would get 
   closed with a note. I’m closing this review as others have replied and they can
   start their own support topic. I’ve archived that reply.
 * There are no customers here, just opensource users of code. There are no companies
   here, just people who have contributed their opensource code and time. Commercial,
   pro, refund or even pre-sales conversations have no place in these forums. Even
   people who are paid or compensated by someone are not company representatives
   _here_. They are volunteers supporting the contribution of code on this site.
 * _The one exception is reviews._ When a plugin or theme upsells either here or
   in the user’s dashboard then that feedback is permitted.
 * Any customers for a “pro” version or services _related to this plugin or they
   got there from here_ are invited to leave a review related to this plugin, premium
   or not.
 * So yeah, talking about this experience including your refund policy (thanks for
   the URL) is perfectly valid.
