• • The premium is very poor because the addons seem unfinished.

    • The support could just be a robot because the y dont listen and dont try to help your specific situation, could resume to: “hire a developer”(for the basic function of the add on);

    • The plugin for free is good even though is slows down your site.

    I hated the experience as a paying costumer it seems like a hook just to get you there and then is just basic.

    From GamiPress, all requests made by users of the FREE or PRO versions are considered. There are times when the requests are really very personalized things, so it is recommended to find a WordPress expert to be able to carry it out.

    Information about the add-ons can be read at gamipress.com where the features, events and functionalities that can be used are specified. The add-ons are constantly updated both by requests and by improvements that we consider will improve it.

    Regarding slowing down your site, from the GamiPress documentation you can obtain information on how to optimize the database to obtain more optimal performance.

    I’m surprised you even received a response from Dioni Sanchez on here! I’ve been emailing him and only getting automated messages. Support is a joke just like this plug-in. You can really tell they made this for the money; they definitely abandoned this plug-in years ago.

    The GamiPress team is still active, as you can see all forum topics are answered and resolved.

    The plug-in is not abandoned, Gamipress publishes updates periodically fixing bugs that are reported and releasing new features.
