poor support :(

i saw many thins for about this plugin, it comes with wp rocket

but not work true way i but package on plugin offical page but support not help me seriously, they answer my mails like comment for about other plugin like gossip not solution not touch enter any things i did sen ftp info after 2 days answer me we need ftp bla bla..
like kidding me 🙁 i remove and canceled this plugin with wp rocket i did spend time 1 week.
