    Dear Imagely

    You have probably the poorest support I have ever encountered in software services. You make it almost impossible to submit a support ticket! After reducing my characters in the support message to only ONE, it STILL gave me an error message saying I have to many characters!     I also followed the instruction to copy and paste the server settings, but that also gave me errors.

    Is there anyone out there interested in helping me fix a probably simple issue, but it is still an issue and I am a paying customer!

    I have the same issue as well.

    Even the main contact form on their website has the same error – tried different browsers and PC.

    I paid to submit a request and found out that I can’t

    It was a bug in the latest Gravity Forms update, which was fixed. So the form should be working now.

    @pathfinderjo @inventiveics – We’re really sorry that happened. I would probably feel the same way as you both if I were in your same position and trying to contact support as a paid member. As Scott mentioned, it was an error in the latest Gravity Forms update that we fixed as quickly as we could. We do want to help you, please give it another try. 🙂
