You have probably the poorest support I have ever encountered in software services. You make it almost impossible to submit a support ticket! After reducing my characters in the support message to only ONE, it STILL gave me an error message saying I have to many characters! I also followed the instruction to copy and paste the server settings, but that also gave me errors.
Is there anyone out there interested in helping me fix a probably simple issue, but it is still an issue and I am a paying customer!
