    Hello @harsh1111

First of all I’d like to mention our documentation page about Hustle, which can be found here: https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/hustle/#wpmud-hg-project-documentation

Now, inspecting your website, I can see a lot of errors in browser’s console, which imply conflict(s) between plugins and/or active theme.
In order to narrow this down, could you please grab a complete backup of all files and database, then proceed with a conflict test as shown here?
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Support-Process-Support-Process.gif

If this can’t be done into the live site, it’s better to create a staging environment, meaning a complete and exact copy of this website into another location/folder in the same server -using a separate database-, where you could safely perform above test.
Main objective of test, is to check if a state using only Hustle and a default theme like TwentySeventeen works well. If so, start activating the remaining plugins and theme, until you reproduce the issue.

    Warm regards,
    Dimitris

    Hey @harsh1111,

    Hope you’re well.

We are constantly checking our plugins forums and trying to answer as soon as possible. So you can be sure we will answer but it can take more time than a couple of hours.

When I check your website I couldn’t see the popup. Did you deactivate Hustle or activate the other plugin again? To check the problem we need to see the problem, so please set up the popup and let me know how it’s trigger?

Also please give information about which email service provider are you using?

    Cheers,
    Oguz

    Hey @harsh1111,

    Hope you’re well.

I can see the problem and looks like there is still JS errors on the browser console. So it can be conflicting with one of the other plugins. Can you first backup of your website, then deactivate all plugins and try only with Hustle, is that solve? If not please try activating Twenty Seventeen theme too and recheck the problem. If anything solve then reactivate plugins one by one until replicate. So we can understand which plugin cause conflict.

If the above not help, can you check Design tab of editing popup/slide-in and share the settings with the screenshot with us?

    Cheers,

I have already gone through the entire exercise once. wont do the same thing again just for one plugin. Its an extremely tiresome process.
PFA the screenshot of the design tab for your reference. Let me know if that helps.

    Hey @harsh1111,

    Hope you’re well.

I tried similar settings but I can’t replicate the problem. So, I am afraid you need to test plugin conflict. Also, I couldn’t get an answer to ‘which email service provider are you using?’ question, so I couldn’t test that setting, maybe you can try to change that too.

    If you are don’t want to test plugin conflict on live site, you can setup staging site and try on that. Maybe these blog posts can help you with that;

My email provider is Mautic. But thats not the problem. When I changed the setting to Mautic self storage of the data, even then the button wasnt working

    Hey @harsh1111,

    Hope you’re well.

Even enabling “Local Hustle List” and disable Mautic not helps, unfortunately, the only way looks like plugin conflict test. All information doesn’t indicate anything precise.
