Pop up redirect does not work

    I am a new Brave user and I have made a popup but it does not work.
    It shows up,but after I fill the form fields, the pop up do not redirect the user to the right wordpress-page which I have set in the settings.

    There we would have the link to download the guide.

    The filling of the popup does not show the redirect text either. It does not seem to react to anything when you fill the form.

    However, it subscribes me to the mailing list, for my surprise.

    I was forced to unpublish it because it would give a terrible customer experience.

    @katjusha Can you please enable the popup on one of your pages that does not get any visitors and then share the page link with us.

    We will examine the issue and get back to you. Also let us know if you are using a Spam filtering plugin of some sort.

    Hi,
    Thank you beforehand for your help.

    There is really something wrong with my brave.
    I had paused it but it still was showing up. but the button does not take me anywhere but just is loading and loading.

    I have now activated the pop-up and set it into three pages.
    One is article/ blog page

    Others are on normal pages

    and the third is a page

    It shows up on the article page but not on normal pages. And on the article page, it does not go anywhere.

    I just try to make my client upgrade his plugin but it is hard because there seem to be so many troubles. I really hope the problem is the user, not the plugin.

    @katjusha Its happening becuase of the cache plugins and services you are using.

    Kindly try disabling the AutoOptimize plugin and see if that fixes the issue.
    If not, also disable the cloudflare caching feature from the cloudflare dashboard.

    If disabling autotoptimize plugin fixes the issue, you need to tweak the setting of that plugin to keep using it without any issues. Try disabling the object cache option of that plugin and that should fix the issue.
