    Hi,

I set up the display rules ( Distance scrolled at least 30%, for example) for slide in popup on my demo wordpress(Not public yet), but It just pop up when the page just loaded without any scroll.

FYI, I already checked output settings on wordpress too.

    Hi @762c

    Thanks for reaching out.

We’d need to look at the screenshot of the display rules to assist better.

It is possible that you are using 2 Rulesets like this: https://a.supportally.com/i/A2jwnZ

    It should look like https://a.supportally.com/i/dq3mWw

Also, please check if the page allows scrolling. If the page height fits the browser height, there is no scrolling and it will trigger automatically. Also if there is infinite scrolling, it would not work properly: https://optinmonster.com/docs/how-to-trigger-a-campaign-based-on-scroll-percentage/

Can you please share a full page screenshot so I can recommend a solution?

Hi, Thank you for your support.

I attached a dropbox url to share some screenshots. (or let me know your email address if it is more proper. I can’t find the way to attach images on this board)

As you mentioned, I did follow the guide from the first time, but as you can see in ’03 preview.png’, It popped up from the start. My landing page is composed with a similar height of 8 sections, so if it is worked the popup should be showing on the 2nd ~ 3rd section .

One thing I am not sure about, you mentioned I should check if the page allows scrolling, I just started using a public wordpress template and I am too beginner for wordpress to manipulate any scrolling setting. Is there any chance of ‘the scroll’ issue making the problem?

    Hi @762c

It seems like you are developing your website using localhost which makes it hard for us to test things out to recommend.

Is there a way for you to add a public link in the “Link to the page you need help with:” section of the initial message so we can see it and see what is the behavior.
