# Popup doesn’t function!

 * I’ve followed all the instruction on your site and the popup doesn’t seem to 
   work in no possible way.

 * In the Display section of the popup options, under Trigger Configuration, you
   have selected “Some pages”. The URL filter is selected “Equals” and just one 
   word is added in the URL field. In this case, if the “Equals” is selected, the
   whole URL should be added in the field (not just a word) to make the popup work.
