    It’s because the content inside most likely isn’t responsive itself, the popup may only go as small as the content.

    Having said that, your website will be penalized by Google because it’s an Auto Open popup that’s blocking the whole screen (on mobile devices).

    I would suggest enabling “Disable this popup on mobile devices” feature found in the Conditions Pane in the Popup Editor.

    Great pop up maker thank you for this plug in but I also would like information on how to make the pop up responsive. My pop ups have a question and answer no images just words, so if the popup can be responsive wouldnt the words also be responsive and adjust the size(font) to the window?
    I read the article from Google you attached and the pop up is ok if it doesnt take up too much screen space.

    Please advise on how to make pop up responsive to fit to screen as well as the words inside the pop up.

    Our popups are responsive unless you set the size to a Custom or Non-Responsive size. The only reason, as stated earlier, the popups wouldn’t be responsive, is if the content inside is not responsive itself.
