# Popup problems

 * I hope someone can help with this. I have just started using Imagemapper. It 
   works perfectly on my computer but when others click on image areas to see the
   popup they get a “you are no allowed” message. I’m told it’s probably a permissions
   problem.
    Any solutions please?

 * I’ve now fixed this problem, it was a conflict with a plugin
