 * if still can help this is how I moved the button in the left-bottom corner:
 * customizing -> custom CSS
 * paste the following code:
 * .fb_customer_chat_bubble_pop_in {
    bottom:10px!important; left:10px; }
 * play around with CSS to find the desired position.
