Positioning excerpt just under post title

Hello everybody,
I would like to put the excerpt text under the post title, having the thumbnail image on the left. Now, using a 150×150 px thumbnail, I obtain the post title aligned with upper corner of the image, while the excerpt is underneath the lower corner.
Is there any way to solve this issue (put the excerpt alongside the right margin of the image)?
