# Possible Email Validation Error

 * Hi there,
 * We just set up our site and purchased the premium ($99) version of this plugin.
   We are noticing with our mousetracker program that a lot of people that are trying
   to enter are getting the “email already subscribed” message. It seems to be giving
   that more often than it should. Almost 25% of our entrants were seeing that message.
 * I suppose it’s possible that people are trying to enter again, but they kept 
   trying that same email address as if they were confused as to why it was saying
   that.
 * Any help??
 * We also have a few other customizations that we would like done. Can we pay you
   to help us out?

 * Hi Nathan, that is true. They are trying to enter the giveaway multiple times(
   maybe even to get “free fake” entry points).
 * We have started a conversation through email, so I’ll just set this as solved.
