 * Anyone want to take a stab at this?
 * I have two themes installed. I have two menus created. I’m using a theme switcher
   to load theme 1 for desktops and theme 2 for mobile. I’d like to display menu
   a with theme 1 and menu b with theme 2.
 * But… menu b doesn’t show up on the mobile view when theme 1 is the primary and
   conversely menu a doesn’t show up when theme 2 is the primary.
 * Menu b shows up when I make theme 2 the primary but when I make theme 1 the primary
   and use the switcher it doesn’t.
 * Any ideas?
