   for displaying the button so that I could easily insert the button into something
   like a WP Touch Pro theme?

 * I am also hoping to include the button in a page content instead of sidebar –
   let me know if you figured this out, or perhaps the plugin developer can chime
   in?

 * Why is there nobody from the development team that is responding to those interesting
   suggestions ? I would also love to have those enhancement but is this pluging
