If from the example you mean all the imagery apart from the animated background, it’s impossible just to say how you should do it on your wordpress site. And if you say background images, this will always be interpreted as an image that isn’t as standalone as the example you show, they are referred to as images. That’s why your question is confusing.
As for how to do it; These images just seem images that you can make as part of what posts or pages are in wordpress, using the media functionality of wordpress
I say seem, because we don’t know how exactly the person built the site.
Don’t be discouraged if for instance you know how to add images from media, but it’s still not what you want. There is a learning curve, and a lot of things you see on websites are implemented using CSS and HTML plus even other technologies. It takes time to figure that out.
And if you want us to help you more specifically, you need to add more details on which steps you took to get where you are on your site. The more information the better. Think plugins installed, errors if any, …
Thanks for the advice.
I was interested in some examples. My localy wordpress is under development and if I could do what I want, than will be public for sure. At the moment I made the header and the footer section in HTML, later to be implemented for a theme, and nothing in content cuz I’m stuck with the codes.
