 * I am sorry for the delay in response.
 * Try enabling either **Wide** or **Full width** single posts layout from **Appearance**
   menu > **Customize** > **Blog** > **Single Posts** > **General**.

   The problem seems to be within the editor itself it appears to be using a double
   line return for each block…

 * If I change the theme to Sydney it stops the problem. So I am guessing it has
   something to do with the Botiga theme.
    I have all plugins deactivated.

 * I am sorry for didn’t get your correctly.
 * You can reduce the margin between paragraph by adding this CSS code to **Appearance
   > Customize > Additional CSS** from dashboard.
 *     ```
       p {
         margin-bottom: 20px;
       }
       ```
