# Post Editor Error

 * Hi,
 * When I try to edit a post, the editor presents a dialogue box stating ‘the editor
   has encountered an unexpected error’.
 * This is the error code:

 * The error is indicating a plugin, so you should ask in the support forum for 
   that plugin. [https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wordpress-seo/](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wordpress-seo/)
   
   Also, it’s not clear why all your WP references are from wp.com. This is not 
   normal for a self-hosted WP, which is what these forums are for.
