The first thing to try is to go to the dashboard -> GEO my WP -> Extensions, and deactivate/reactivate the Posts Locator core extension. By doing so you will clear the internal cache of the plugin, which could sometimes cause the issue that you described.
If the above doesn’t work, would you be able to provide me with screenshots of the “Page Load Results” tab?
Could you also provide a link to the live page with GEO my WP’s shortcode?

You are welcome, @makmerghen.
There is a result template file name “Grid” that you can select from the “Results template” dropdown in the “Search Results” tab of the form editor. The grid template file should display 3 posts per row.
