 * Hi, I’m running a small blog site on WordPress 6.2 and Essential Blocks v 4.0.6.
   I’m facing an error after updating to EB 4.0.6 where my post grids and post carousels
   disregard the custom styles and measurements that I set for it in the Full Site
   Editor. This is also happening to my EB Buttons, and EB Advanced Heading.
 * Basically it appears that these blocks are trying to revert to their default
   settings. The thumbnails in the post grids and post carousels also seem to distort
   to a much taller height than I intended. These issues did not appear during the
   site building stage, and only came up after I took the site live and updated
   EB to 4.0.6.
 * I’ve faced some difficulties replicating the errors across different browsers
   and devices. My observations are that loading the site on new browsers or incognito
   mode gives the issue with the EB blocks, but the issue appears resolved if I
   load the site on an existing browser. I’ve also discovered that re-saving the
   page template on the WP full site editor and reloading fixes the issue on new
   browsers and incognito mode, but subsequent windows still give the error. These
   errors appear on Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile browsers.
 * The errors first appeared on all of my pages where EB is used, but currently
   only the Front Page features the error while the other pages seems to have stabilised,
   but I don’t know if it will return.
 * I’ve included screenshots of the error and the correct layout in an imgur album
   linked here: [https://imgur.com/a/KPQURVf](https://imgur.com/a/KPQURVf)
 * Hope to get a response!

 * Hi [@urbanistwanderer](https://wordpress.org/support/users/urbanistwanderer/)
 * I hope you are doing well. I understand that you are facing an issue on your
   website, and our team has investigated the matter. However, we were unable to
   reproduce the issue on our end.
 * Upon checking your website, we noticed that the style part is not loading correctly.
   We recommend regenerating the assets from this link – [https://d.pr/i/lmoSIY](https://d.pr/i/lmoSIY).
   Additionally, please clear your cache if you are using any caching plugin.
 * If the issue persists, please share the Debug Log with us. To do so, please follow
   these steps:
 * Go to your File Manager from cPanel and edit the wp-config.php file.
   Near the
   bottom of the file, you will see the following code:`define('WP_DEBUG', false);`
   Replace that code with the following three lines:`define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
   define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );Please note
   that it’s not recommended to change WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY to true as it will display
   any errors on your live website. By enabling WP_DEBUG_LOG, you can view the same
   errors in your /wp-content/debug.log file.Once done, please paste the log in
   [PasteBin](https://pastebin.com/) and share the link with us.Thank you for your
   cooperation in resolving this matter.

 * Hi Mahbub, thanks for the response. I’ve down all the steps you listed but the
   problem still remains.

 * Hi [@urbanistwanderer](https://wordpress.org/support/users/urbanistwanderer/)
 * I hope this message finds you well. Thanks for the debug log, here we are not
   getting any errors with Essential Blocks. I wanted to let you know that the issue
   has been resolved and the link now appears to be working perfectly. You can check
   it out at this link – [https://d.pr/v/EI2D4d](https://d.pr/v/EI2D4d).
 * To ensure that the changes take effect, could you please try clearing your browser
   cache by using the keyboard shortcut (ctrl+Shift+R) and let me know if it works?
 * Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter, and I look forward to hearing
   from you soon.
   Have a great day!

 * Hi Mahbub, unfortunately the problem is still persisting on my end.
 * Just to add some specifics, other than the homepage at [https://urbanistwanderer.com/](https://urbanistwanderer.com/),
   I’m facing the same problem at the following pages –
 * [https://urbanistwanderer.com/blog/](https://urbanistwanderer.com/blog/)
 * [https://urbanistwanderer.com/blog/places/](https://urbanistwanderer.com/blog/places/)
 * [https://urbanistwanderer.com/blog/urban-topics-blog/](https://urbanistwanderer.com/blog/urban-topics-blog/)

 * [https://urbanistwanderer.com/reviews/bus-journeys/](https://urbanistwanderer.com/reviews/bus-journeys/)
 * The problem is still manifesting itself inconsistently across these pages, and
   sometimes it fixes itself on one page but appears on another, and on different
   browsers etc. I have cleared the cache repeatedly, but the block styles are still
   not loading correctly. I have also installed the most recent EB update today
   to version 4.0.7, but the problem still remains.
 * Speculatively speaking, is it possible that nesting the EB blocks within multiple
   layers of Group blocks may be causing the issue?
 * Thanks.

 * Hi [@urbanistwanderer](https://wordpress.org/support/users/urbanistwanderer/)
 * I hope this message finds you well. I understand that you’re experiencing some
   issues, and I’m here to help you troubleshoot them. It’s not uncommon for problems
   to arise when using multiple plugins or themes together. To determine the root
   cause, I suggest deactivating all non-Essential Blocks plugins and switching
   to a standard theme such as Twenty Twenty-Three.
   Also, note that it’s not the
   reason for nesting the EB blocks within multiple layers of Group blocks.
 * If you have a development or staging site available, please test this solution
   there first. Alternatively, you can use the [Health Check & Troubleshooting](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)
   plugin, which offers a troubleshooting mode that won’t impact your site’s regular
   visitors.
 * Please let me know if this solution works for you, and if there’s anything else
   I can assist you with.
 * Thank you for your time.

 * Hi [@mahbubshovan](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mahbubshovan/) , unfortunately
   I wasn’t able to fix the error completely on my EB blocks.
 * Unfortunately this means that I’ve had to switch to another plugin. I look forward
   to trying EB again in the future.
 * Thanks for your time and support, I do appreciate it!
