So, I was wondering if your issue has been resolved or not. If this issue still exists then please let us know. Also If you please share the Site Info then I will give it another try. Please go to your **WordPress Dashboard -> Tools -> Site Health -> Info -> Copy Site Info to Clipboard**. It would be appreciable if you also share the **Debug Log**. First, go to your File Manager from cPanel and edit the wp-config.php file. Near the bottom of the file you’ll see the following: * `define('WP_DEBUG', false);` * Adjust that line to these three lines: * ``` define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false ); define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true ); ``` * It’s not recommended to change WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY to true. This is because any errors will then display on your live website.
