Post Hack Recovery: replace wp-include files

Where do I find a clean copy of wp-include files on ww.wp.xz.cn? I’d like to copy directly from wp. I tried the new Code Reference with no luck. I’m looking for
wp-include/widgets/admin.php
wp-include/widgets/diff.php
wp-includes/js/thickbox/footer.php
wp-includes/js/swfupload/plugins/dir.php

Are these real files that need to be replaced with clean code?
