Post ID(s) to exclude – How?

Hello!
I would like to exclude a few posts from the list of the best ones. Unfortunately, they are still there. Should I use a comma between post id numbers like 1579,3252,224?
Could you show me the way to sort it out that issue, please?

(The reason why I pointed that out is -and pardon the redundancy- that the reason why you don’t see these posts being excluded from your popular posts list is very likely because your popular posts list is being cached by WP Super Cache.)
