Something is definitely stopping cron from running properly on your site.

Ok im not sure how you do this cron thing, but it has started to send now on the “new” one I made, but only sends to people who are confirmed!
So then how do we do a send to confirm all the non-confirmed ones?

MailPoet emails such as Newsletters and Post Notification emails are sent to Subscribed users only.
If you have Unconfirmed users, it means that they haven’t confirmed their subscription yet.
You can resend a confirmation email to them or change their status to Subscribed manually if you’re 100% sure they gave you their consent to receive marketing emails from you.

Ok so how,
1, do we resend the confirmation?
2, manually do it?
We have the consent as they have subscribed them selfs with their emails.
as well there is the option in the newsletters to unsubscribe if they would like.

what i don’t get when we export the file in csv as excel file didn’t work to upload after, and do a find and replace in the csv file it says “No valid records were found. This file needs to be formatted in a CSV style (comma-separated).”

Ok solved it with a Copy & paste in the box where this could be done so now it worked!
So on to the next problem haha
we got a “pausedsending” cause some emails are old we guessed, and got landed in bounced! we binned all those, is that enough for it to start it to send again?

It’s not possible to resend confirmation emails in bulk. I wouldn’t recommend doing it unless you’re 100% sure that your Unconfirmed subscriber needs it to be re-sent. Otherwise, they can mark such emails as spam.
