# Post Owner problem

 * Hi.
    For some reason posts are not assigned to selected user. They aren’t assigned
   to any user actually. “Guest Post” is enabled. “Require Name” is disabled.
 * Am I missing something required for this option to work?

 * In the form where you have enabled guest post, let me know if you have [checked this setting](https://prnt.sc/oodlmd).
 * When you keep this setting disabled, the post is automatically assigned to the
   admin as there is no specific user assigned when the post was created.
