Post Plugin for theme Zerif Lite

    Hello, I am looking for a simple straight forward posting plugin for my webpage that will be selling an ebook. It is mainly a single page site.

    The theme that I am using is Zerif Lite, but I need to add a plugin that is simple to manage/filter posts into this website. Please let me know of any plugins that are fee and easy to manage.
