It doesn’t seem to be possible to hide the [Post Thumbnail Editor plugin](https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/post-thumbnail-editor/) menu item (Settings/Post Thumbnail Editor) using Adminimize. The user got Editor role and the Post Thumbnail Editor menu item has been disabled for all roles (including Editor role) except Admin.
The Post Thumbnail Editor menu item still appears for Editor role user and its settings page can still be accessed.

Maybe this item have an different slug if the Editor is logged in. You should active the Debug Helper function of Adminimize, login as Editor, open the console of your browser and see inside this the output from Adminimize to get the slug for each menu item. Compare it with the slug on the settings page as administrator. It is different, add the new slug as Custom Options to Adminimize.
