# Post Title Input

 * Hello!
    I’m reaching out to the wordpress form as a last resort. The issue I 
   am running into is this: I’ve set up almost an entire website using the Divi 
   Theme. One day I opened a “Page” and the title Input for that page re-generates
   a title that I created through a plugin called Modern Events Calendar. So let
   me repeat it again. Every time I open a page…the title that i created for that
   page goes away and it is replaced with a different title. No matter what page
   i load this happens. I’ve deactivated ALL of my plugins, switched themes, and
   cleared my cache. This is **still **happening.
 * Can anyone give me next steps that don’t involve removing the entire site that
   i’ve created?

 * Is this happening on the back-end, on the page edit screen, or the front end?
   Or possibly both?
 * Could you share a link to an affected page? Could help narrow down the issue.

 * It’s happening on both screens. The backend is where the page title loads and
   if I update it, The page new page title and slug replaces the old one.
 * It isn’t one specific page that it is happening on. It’s all of them. I’m trying
   to not mess up my pages too badly by editing all of the pages. but i can show
   you a screenshot.

   I click a page i’d like to edit. The page loads. I see the original page title
   but after it loads, the page title and slug are replaced with the same title 
   i don’t want over and over again.

 * Are you using Yoast SEO Plugin or something else that could automatically set
   your titles ?

 * You should check in Settings > Permalinks

 * I was using Yoast. Do you think that could have caused an issue with my post 
   title? I deactivated it. Would it still cause that issue?
 * What should be set in Settings> Permalinks?
