Post Type Text Post with "attached" link doesn't work correctly

When I use Post Type Text Post with “attached” link it should post the blogpost + image to facebook, however, sometimes it does not work and I can’t figure what went wrong.

My facebook page is https://www.facebook.com/triptohongkong/

I use %TITLE% – click image to read full article as text format.

I tried changing post images but still the same, some post never being able to show correctly.
